Are Security365's products genuine?
Yes. Security365 is a partner of EC-Council and CompTIA, and Practice Labs, CyberRanges, LabShock... in Vietnam. All exam vouchers, accounts, and learning materials are provided directly by the vendor and have unique identifiers.
What should I do if I haven't received the email containing the voucher/account details?
Please check your Spam/Promotions folder first. If it's still not there, contact Zalo 0948432780 with your order code, and we will resend it immediately.
What does "exam insurance" mean?
This is a free one-time retake right included in some voucher packages. If you don't pass the first attempt, you can retake the exam without having to purchase a new voucher.
Where do I take the exam, and can I choose the exam date myself?
You can take the exam at a Pearson VUE center or online from home (depending on the specific exam's applicable conditions), and choose your own exam date within the voucher's validity period.
For EC-Council Exam Vouchers, you can take the exam at ATC centers or online via RPS, depending on the type of Exam Voucher purchased.
Will I receive support during the exam preparation process?
Yes. Security365 provides support throughout the process: activation instructions, exam scheduling, and study plan consultation. However, practice materials and labs, or exam preparation systems are additional products that may need to be ordered separately depending on the specific product. Please contact support for more details.
What is your return and refund policy?
Digital products, especially exam vouchers, are non-refundable once delivered or activated. If you have not received the product, received the wrong product, or the product is faulty, please contact Security365 for assistance.
Cancellation requests must be submitted within 01 hour of payment and before the product is issued or shipped.
Which products are non-returnable and non-refundable?
Yes. Digital products are considered completed transactions after they have been delivered, activated, or access has been granted, including:
- Exam vouchers and retakes.
- Learning or lab accounts.
- Activation codes and software licenses.
- Online courses.
- Ebooks, PDFs, videos, and downloadable materials.
Specifically, exam vouchers cannot be exchanged or refunded once the voucher code has been sent to the customer.
If you have not received the product, received the wrong product, or if the product is faulty due to Security365 or the supplier, please contact support for review and resolution on a case-by-case basis.
When will I receive my order?
For digital products such as exam vouchers, learning accounts, courses, or activation codes, the fastest delivery time is approximately 01 hour, typically within 08 hours, and at the latest, an estimated 24 hours after payment confirmation.
For Digital Download products, the download link will be sent after payment is completed. Online payments by card are usually confirmed immediately; bank transfer payments will be processed after Security365 confirms receipt of funds.
For books or printed materials, estimated delivery time is 03 to 07 days via express delivery service.
Are Security365's products authentic?
Yes. Security365 is a CompTIA partner in Vietnam. All exam vouchers, CertMaster accounts, and learning materials are directly issued by the provider, come with unique identifiers, and can be verified on the official system.
How much is the delivery fee?
For digital products such as exam vouchers, learning accounts, courses, ebooks, PDFs, or activation codes, customers do not pay shipping fees as the product is delivered via email or online system.
For books, textbooks, or printed materials, shipping fees will be displayed at checkout or communicated by Security365 before order confirmation. The fee may vary depending on the delivery address and shipping carrier.
